Holiday home located a few minutes walk from the sea at Als Odde on a large and secluded plot. There is a bright and large living room with wood burning stove, which is in open connection with the kitchen, and a good dining area. From the living room there is access to a large terrace, which is partially covered. Three good double bedrooms and alcove in the living room. Large bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer. The house is located on a secluded plot with plenty of space for ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
