Large and spacious holiday cottage with bright, modern furnishings located on a level natural plot partly surrounded by trees and bushes in a popular cottage area approx. 1000 m from the ocean and beach. Open concept kitchen and living room, 4 bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom with whirlpool and access to the sauna as well as a guest bathroom. Both open and covered terrace. The central heating means you can reduce your energy costs. Bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings. There is a PlayStation2 for the children. The large window section means the living room is bright while the 4 bedrooms are located at opposite ends with 2 and 2 making the house suited for 2 families sharing. On the mezzanine there is an extra TV with DVD player. The large, level lawn plot is perfect for ball games but there are also sheltered areas where you can enjoy the sun all day and have barbecues in the evenings.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
