Architect designed holiday cottage high located on a 2650 m² large natural plot overlooking Limfjorden and the small island Livø. Ground floor has separate kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has i.a. cooker and dish washer. The adjacent dining room has plenty of room. The ground floor also has bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. From the ground floor you have access to the large pool room with large window sections which make it very bright and warm. 1st floor has a spacious bedroom with double bed and there is a double extra bed in the living room. TV with international channels and stereo with CD player. Also guest bathroom with toilet and sink. From the balcony on 1st floor you have great views of the Limfjorden and Livø. The plot has many sheltered nooks and a cosy pavilion where you can relax and enjoy the view.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
