Completely unique and exciting architect-designed 8-sided cottage with large, bright and well-appointed rooms and large windows facing a lovely secluded natural plot with oak, birch and ferns located close to Byrum. The cottage is well furnished ground floor with large bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and sauna, guest toilet and large, well-appointed living room / kitchen with very good dining area, ceiling to kip and wood stove. Exit to southwest facing terrace. There is a large bedroom and a room with two beds. 1st floor has repos and two large bedrooms. The location is undisturbed, on the edge of a quiet forest area with the possibility of i.a. mushroom hunting between deer and pheasants. In addition, there is a sandpit and a carport with shed.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
