The house has both an open and a covered terrace with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower and sauna and 2-person whirlpool. In addition there is a guest toilet. Kitchen is well-equipped with particular fridge/freezer and dish washer. The living room is well-appointed with a wood-burning stove and TV with satellite. A well-located cottage near the North Sea and a short distance to shopping and Fårup Sommerland, an amusement park for the whole family. Free admittance to water park in Blokhus.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
