General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a game console and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two baths or showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker, a stovetop and a microwave.

Luxurious, architect-designed cottage with whirlpool located in scenic surroundings on a high-lying natural plot only approx. 500 meters from the sea and beach at Blokhus. The house contains a family room in open connection with the kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and a guest toilet. The living room is spacious and furnished with a cozy corner and dining area. The furniture is in modern Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on design, quality, well-being and cosiness. From the living room and several of the rooms there is direct access to the terrace area. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with i.a. American refrigerator with ice dispenser (180 l), ceramic hob and separate built-in oven with grill. For entertainment, there is a Nintendo Wii, Blu-ray player, internet (broadband) and TV with many Danish and international channels. For cheap heating there is air-to-water heat pump. The plot is a large, hilly natural plot with planting. On the terrace there is an outdoor shower. Please note that the house is located high. There are six steps from the driveway and up to the house. Not for rent to youth groups.

On 900 meter of BF-JJHCW you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 900 meter. You can also relax, because near BF-JJHCW in Blokhus you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
