Holiday cottage in 1st row to the beach on an approx. 2700 m² large beach plot just 90 m from the Limfjorden. Bright decor with combined kitchen and living room. There is a wood-burning stove for a cold evening. TV with international channels, stereo system with CD player and internet. Access to the conservatory from the living room and on to the terrace. 3 bedrooms and an extra room with a single bed and a small hall with a table with basin adjacent to the garage. Great view of the Limfjorden from both house and plot. Large terraces and many good nooks where you can enjoy the view while the sun sets. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
