This large cottage of 450 m2 can accommodate the very large family gathering. Here are nine good bedrooms, all with double bed, as well as loft. Each room has its own bathroom and a small tea-kitchen. All rooms also have their own TV. The swimming pool is located at the end of the house and has both a children's section and an adult section of the pool. There is also a large whirlpool with seating for 6 people as well as an infrared sauna. So here everyone can feel like a fish in water. In the common room there is a dining area for everyone and a large, open kitchen with i.a. 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers and a large refrigerator, so there is room to cook for many people. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen, so if more people need help in the kitchen, they can also enjoy themselves in the living room. Only the mood sets limits on how much can be talked and enjoyed in the house. The living room has i.a. 60-inch TV with Danish and German channels. There is good access also for people with walking difficulties, as all rooms have no doorsteps and there is an extra toilet with aids for people with walking difficulties. The house also has its own wheelchair, so you do not have to bring it from home. The house is nicely located on the outskirts of Ebeltoft and with many beautiful walks right outside the door. The house is located on a cul de sac, so that good use can be made of the outdoor areas. It's about. 12 min walk to the water. The house is part of a very large semi-detached house, where the other part of the house can also be rented if you want to have the big party. The second house has no. 93373 and can accommodate 30 people. The serviceman will read off electricity, water and oil before arrival and after departure. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
