The house has a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view over the area. The house has a very interesting design, and the entire lower floor is arranged as activity and sleeping quarters. There are good opportunities to get a family battle, relax by the TV, or why not have a good game in the kids' room where you can sit on the pillows and watch TV or talk/play without the adults mingling. The garden has a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The house is suitable for two families who want to spend their holiday together. The kitchen is large and bright and perfect for joint activities and talk. The house has all modern facilities for a relaxing holiday. The house is a good base for excursions and tours in North Zealand. No letting to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
