Holiday home with its own small lake located in quiet and peaceful surroundings very close to Kulhuse harbor with all its cosiness and charm. The house consists of an entrance hall and on each side of the entrance hall is a room with a double bed. Open kitchen / living room, living room and an alcove with the possibility of extra beds. Furthermore, a nice bathroom. From the living room there is direct access to both a covered terrace and an open, large terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet and watch the children play in the garden. The house has a cozy annex with two beds. Play equipment includes swings and a trampoline (trampoline is at your own risk / insurance). Furthermore, a campfire for cozy evenings. At the end of the terrace you can enjoy the view over the small cozy lake. In the lake there is a small rowing boat for free use. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
