Holiday home close to the beach and Gilleleje. Close to the North Zealand coast is this cottage with a beautiful garden for relaxation and play. The house is well furnished with light plank floors with open kitchen / dining room, living room with wood burning stove, internet and TV with Apple TV. The house is heated with air / air heat pump. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. Large, south-facing sun terrace where the sun can be enjoyed all day long. The decor is complete and cozy. Kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Three bedrooms divided into two with double beds and one with bunk bed for 2 people. In the garden there is garden furniture, sandpit, barbecue and fire pit for cozy moments. After approx. 600 m through cozy cottage area you are on the beach and approx. 1500 m to Gilleleje center with shopping, shops and restaurants. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
