One of Bornholm's best located holiday homes with whirlpool. Beach plot directly next to the Baltic Sea and with a fine sandy beach below the cottage. The large wooden terrace, which surrounds the two sides of the cottage, is built over the slope. Great view. The cottage is kept in light, Scandinavian style with underfloor heating throughout the house. Lovely bathroom with underfloor heating and whirlpool which is also used as a shower cubicle. Bedroom with sea views. Exit from the living room to the large terrace. Tv is viewed via Chromecast. All rooms as well as the patio have Sonos speakers. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
