Small lounge with open-hearth fireplace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) interconnecting room with 1 double sofabed. 3 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds. Top floor: (open staircase) living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, 1 sofabed, dining table, kitchen corner, bath/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). Please note: suitable for families. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Motor access to the house. Public parking on the road. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
