The montain hut is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is well maintained. The house stands in the Chalet area Svahova in Erzgebirge, not far from the town of Chomutov (11 km), where all the important services incl. Medical care can be found. The house is surrounded by forests and meadows, whereby the absolute peace and privacy is guaranteed for nature lovers. In the immediate vicinity (approx 80 m) is on the hotel Svahova, which is known for its excellent cuisine. The access goes via a side road. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
