Beautiful view of the countryside and the river. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors.
Neznašov/Všemyslice 4 km from Týn nad Vltavou: At the confluence of the Luznice and Vltava rivers, house detached, built in 2004. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, directly by the river, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 600 m2. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 100 m, swimming bay 20 m. Nearby attractions: Zámek Hluboká nad Vltavou 24 km, České Budějovice, Tábor 35 km, Český Krumlov 55 m. Please note: fishing [permit required], on request. The house is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Payment terms and -periods
