Patio, terrace, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: table tennis, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. The cottage is in a European protected locality of the Upper Malše basin for rare species of animals, the Close to the UNESCO world heritage towns of Rozemberk and Cesky Krumlov (30 minutes by car). It's a perfect place for nature lovers to watch birds and other wild animals. Hiking, cycling and cross-country-skiing is also possible in the surrounding area. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
