The holiday home for 16 persons has four bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV (cable, satellite), a DVD player, a fireplace, a CD player and a stereo. The standig individually holiday home, built in 2010 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
