Private: property with lawn. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. 500 m long bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 6 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station 3 km, public bathing area 4 km. Nearby attractions: Stezka korunami stromů, Království lesa 2 km, Čertova stěna, Vodopády sv.Wolfganga 8 km, Aquaworld Lipno 4 km, Aquapark Frymburk 9 km, Vyšší Brod 7 km, Vítkův Kámen 22 km, Český Krumlov 26 km. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
