The layout of the villa is as follows: on the ground floor there is a spacious hall with a separate toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a 2-persons bed, bedside tables, a cot, a chair and a wardrobe. The other bedroom (accessible from bedroom 1) has a double bed, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a wardrobe and a TV with satellite connection. The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage space and a mirror.

On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a storage closet and a cozy dining area for 8 people.

The comfortable living room has a luxury sofa and armchair, coffee table, SMART TV with satellite connection, a CD / DVD player, radio and cabinets. The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs and an even warmer atmosphere is ensured by a wood burning stove. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a sitting area and a beautiful view of the Klet mountain. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
