Suitable for families. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. There is a typical tiled stove in the twin bedroom and kitchen. Top floor: Ceiling height to the beams 180 cm. Energy costs extra 01.11. - 30.04. Firewood and gas usage (bottled) all year around extra. Ekectric heaters and wood/coal stoves. TV with only Chezch programme.

Private: trees, meadow 4'000 m2. Patio, fireplace. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 100 m, tennis, ski lift 500 m. Formerly an agricultural settlement. Quiet, romantic setting near the forest, with panoramic views. ,Parking on the grounds but in Winter (due to snow) cars must be parked car about 200 meters from the property. Natural swimming pool 2 km. Ski lift and ski runs with lights and snow cannon 500 m. Groomed cross-country trails 1-2 km. 9-hole golf course (9 holes) 100 meters.
