The holiday home for 21 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, three bunk beds and 11 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, two televisions, a heather and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a barbecue, a bicycle, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a sauna, a trampoline and a bicycle parking and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five toilets, five showers and five washbasins.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers, two washing machines and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, two stoves, two ovens and two coffee makers.

The holiday home is located on the edge of the Krkonoše and Iron Mountains national parks, in a nice, authentic Czech mountain village, where you can go skiing, sledging, hiking, swimming and mountain biking. Zlata Olesnice has two shops and restaurants within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the village in the outdoor pool and in winter in the indoor pool.
The village itself has a ski lift and 1.5 km away is the snowboard park Rejdice. The larger ski resorts are literally just around the corner. The ski resorts of Tanvaldski Spicak, Harrachov and Rokytnice nad Jizerou are within a 10 km radius of the apartment. In nearby Tanvald (4.4 km) you will find a wide range of shops, supermarkets and a cukrárna (for delicious coffee and cake). Beautiful tourist places in the area are Harrachov, Jablonec nad Nisou and Rokytnice nad Jizerou. You can go shopping in the town of Jablonec and Liberec. And the capital Prague is only 1.5 hours drive from Zlata Olesnice.

The holiday home consists of two spacious apartments. There is a central entrance, hall and sauna with shower and washing machine. Both holiday apartments have their own exit to a private terrace with garden furniture and the garden in summer, where the children can play wonderfully. Incidentally, deer regularly come by in the mornings and evenings. From the holiday home and from the terrace you have a view of the surrounding hills and the village.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
