The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a bath, three washbasins, a shower and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a garage.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), an oven, a stove and a dishwasher.

This detached, spacious villa has an enclosed garden with swimming pool. It is very suitable for friends and families with children.

The residence is located in the village of Sýkořice, centrally located in the Bohemian Paradise and 11 km east of the town of Turnov, where you can visit a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The location of the villa is ideal for walks and bike rides. Sights nearby: the ruins of Trosky, the castles of Hrubá Skála, Hrubý Rohozec and Sychrov, the castle Valdštejn and the famous rock towns. A visit to the capital Prague is of course also worthwhile.

The villa was carefully renovated in 1997. With a comfortable interior, attractive living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen, it has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday. Unwind in the sauna or enjoy a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace. Parking is available for 3 to 4 cars and possibly motorbikes or bicycles in the garage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
