The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces, three heathers, a radio, six heaters, a DVD player and two televisions. In addition there is a sandbox, an air conditioner and a bicycle parking and there are two barbecues, two terraces, two sets of garden furniture and two gardens. You can park your car on three parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bath with shower, two showers, two washbasins and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker.

Set near the Lausitz Mountains of Northern Bohemia, this is a nice holiday home in Knežice. It is near the forest and lake, featuring a private terrace and a fenced furnished garden to relax. It is pet-friendly and ideal for a group of 8 or families with children.

You can go hiking, cycling, golfing or visit the Lausitz Mountains. Lake is at 1 km and public swimming pool is at 5 km for a day out. You can also explore the city of Liberec with the popular Aquapark. The Jested ski center at 23 km and the ski area of Iron Mountains are nearby. The town center, and restaurants are at 2 km and supermarket is at 3 km.

The holiday home has a stove in the living room and central heating for a cozy ambiance. When the sun is up, you can soak up the sunlight in the furnished garden. Spend the evenings with a barbecue on the terrace. Children's bed, high chair, sandpit, and play equipment are there for the kids. Space for 2 pets and parking are available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
