This apartment is part of a building with three apartments (one of them long-term rental). All apartments have a pleasant and homey atmosphere. Each apartment is situated on a separate floor and has an area of 80m2. This 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor is ideal for 4, max. 8 persons. Pernink is a small town located 9 km from the German border, in the beautiful Ore Mountains. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the village along with its densely wooded surroundings. In less than half an hour you can reach surrounding cities and towns where you can shop, go sightseeing or enjoy a variety of sporting activities. There are shops, restaurants, hairdressers, a post office and a pharmacy located next to the apartment. Cars can be parked on private property. Transportation from and to the airport can be arranged, such as to the airport of Karlovy Vary. If you are holidaying with a large group, you can rent two apartments with a total capacity of 16 persons. 

The living room contains a sitting area with LCD satellite TV, DVD player and radio with CD player. The U-shaped kitchen has a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer plus a dining area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with 1 double bed, another has 2 double beds. If your party consists of more than 4 persons, there is a comfortable double bed sofa in both the third bedroom and living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, washing machine and drying rack. The toilet is separate. The house has central heating.

Pernink is surrounded by forests, so hikers and cyclists have seemingly endless possibilities! 20 km away lies the beautiful Karlovy Vary, a well-known spa town where you will not have time to become bored. It has wonderful buildings, promenades, swimming pools and shops. You will feel as if you have stepped back into the 19th century. In the immediate vicinity of Karlovy Vary you can take splendid walks in a number of parks. For golfers, this area is also a paradise. The golf course of Karlovy Vary is just 26 km from your accommodation. Another 7 courses lie between 33 and 70 km away. Marianske Lazne is another beautiful spa which should not be missed. Or what about a day in Prague? You can reach the city center within 2 hours. Here you can enjoy the splendor of the most beautiful city in Central Europe. If you would like to take a day off from cooking, visit one of the local restaurants, where drinks and meals are still quite inexpensive.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
