The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a DVD player, a TV (satellite) and a heather. The badroom is equipped with a toilet.

The owner occasionally stays at the rear of the property to maintain the pool or clear snow. Location Hroznětín, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The accommodation is only suitable for families with children, youth groups are prohibited. Always order bed linen when ordering. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Special central heating (gas), underfloor heating. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
