The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a DVD player, a TV (satellite) and a heather. The holiday home, renovated in 2010 is modern and rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. Location Hroznětín, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The accommodation is only suitable for families with children, youth groups are prohibited. Always order bed linen when ordering. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house. Special Air conditioning / heating: central heating (gas), underfloor heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
