The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with 30 double beds and 12 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a TV. In addition there is a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with ten washbasins and three showers.

Surrounded by pristine nature and forest, this complex of four newly built holiday homes offers a peaceful retreat in the charming valley of Prkenný Důl, near the town of Žacléř. Each spacious 200 m² home accommodates up to 14 people, featuring three apartments with two bedrooms and private sanitary facilities. The homes also include a cozy common room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and internet, ensuring comfort and relaxation for all guests. The well-equipped kitchens include ceramic stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, and dishwashers, allowing guests to enjoy convenient meal preparation.

The location offers year-round enjoyment for guests. In winter, the nearby Family Ski Park Žacléř, just 70 meters away, provides three slopes, a ski lift for children, and ski rentals, making it perfect for families. Guests can also access the Bret Sports Wellness Complex for additional ski facilities, or visit other nearby ski resorts such as Janské Lázně, Pec pod Sněžkou, and Mladé Buky. For non-skiers, the area offers hiking, sightseeing, and excursions to local attractions like the Adršpach rock formations and Dvůr Králové. The town of Žacléř offers restaurants, shops, and ski rentals, all within 1 km.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
