General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and five single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a sauna, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two washbasins and two toilets.

The house is situated near the Krkonossky Narodni nature park, making it an ideal base for outdoor activities such as long walks, mountain biking, nature tours, or golf. It's also just 70 meters from the entrance of the 'Sport Areal Bret' amusement park, perfect for families with children.

For more adventure, a day trip to Prague by train or exploring the nearby Giant Mountains and historic villages is an excellent choice. Families can also enjoy a day at Aquapark Trutnov or the famous water park at Spa Janské Lázne, located only 15 kilometers away. In winter, the house is conveniently located near the lifts of the 'Ski Bret' and 'Ski Areal Arakis' ski areas, and less than 20 km from the largest ski area in the Czech Republic, Ski Resort Cerna Hora - Janske Lazne. Shopping and dining options are also just 4 kilometers away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
