General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a sauna and a trampoline. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins and a toilet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher and an oven.

The detached Milanese house with a garden pool and a sauna is located on the outskirts of Vrchlabí. On the ground floor of the spacious house there is a bathroom with a sauna, a living room (which leads directly to the terrace), a kitchen and a bedroom. There is another bedroom on the 1st floor.

Sights in the area: In summer you can go hiking in the nearby Giant Mountains or visit the zoo in Dvůr Králové. In Vrchlabí itself there is also a nice outdoor pool. In winter there are a number of ski resorts for advanced skiers (Herlíkovice, Špindlerův Mlýn, Černá hora), but also for beginners (Bubákov or Knežický vrch). The Milan house is particularly suitable for families with children.

The house has a large, fenced and well-kept garden with a garden pool. When the weather is nice you can sit on the terrace, there is also a grill and a trampoline and a swing for children. You can also use a garage, the second car can be parked next to the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
