With sloping ceilings, open kitchen in the entrance (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave) with dining table. Electric heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The studio, which is located on the 1st floor, has a separate entrance from the back of the house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
