This authentic holiday home is located in the historic building of a former school. It has a very central location, so you have everything within reach. Moreover, it can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends travelling together to explore this country or region.
The property is located in the center of the village of Horní Maršov, near Peca pod Sněžkou, Janské Lázně and Černá Hora. Thanks to its strategic location, you have the bus stop, a supermarket and several cozy restaurants within walking distance.
The building with a rich history was built in 1886 and has served as a school for more than a hundred years. The house has its own parking space and you can independently prepare the most delicious meals in the spacious kitchen. In the living room there is a TV and a bar, for cozy evenings with your loved ones.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
