Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
Historical apartment block "Krátká", 2 storeys. In the centre of Broumov, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: courtyard. Garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Broumov, Soukenická" 350 m, railway station "Broumov" 600 m. Nearby attractions: Klášter Broumov 100 m, Police nad Metují 14 km, Kaple Panny Marie Sněžné (Hvězda) 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Janovičky 9.5 km. Hiking paths: CHKO Broumovsko, Broumovské stěny, Adšpašsko-Teplické skály, Góry Stolowe (PL) 30 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
