The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The house has two separate parts with their own entrances. There are two fully equipped kitchens available.

On the outskirts, in a quiet, elevated position, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), park, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (3 x 7 m, depth 70 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Table tennis, badminton, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Rataje nad Sázavou" 3 m. Nearby attractions: Hrad Český Šternberk 15 km, Kutná Hora (UNESCO) 35 km, Zámek Konopiště 40 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
