This house is ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet, but do not want to be completely isolated from the inhabited world. Prague is less than 45 minutes away and the nearest shop is easily accessible on foot. For a good Czech restaurant you only need to walk 800 meters. Here you have your own garage for the car, a fenced garden, a terrace with garden furniture and a nice balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or a good cup of coffee. This house is conveniently located if you want to come to the Czech Republic by plane, as it is only 34 kilometers from the airport.

There is enough to do for everyone in the immediate vicinity of this holiday home with swimming pool. Hiking, cycling, climbing, playing or a day trip to Prague, for example. But you can't just swim in your own swimming pool! 7 kilometers away there is the opportunity to swim in a river and a little further, 12 kilometers away, there is a very nice outdoor swimming pool. The nearest town is Kladno.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
