In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, bus stop 700 m, pebble beach 9 km. Marina 9 km. Swimming pool with hydromassage. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.

There is a lake/open water less than 9 kilometer. You can also relax, because near VILLA TANNE (LBN427) in Štrmac you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
