Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Dining room with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 14 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Private: property 700 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 05.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 200 m, pebble beach 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property. Semi-detached house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
