The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). Zemunik Donji 25 km from Zadar: Beautiful single-family house "Villa Šime", 2 storeys. 17 km from the centre of Sukošan, in a sunny position, 17 km from the sea. Private: property 1'100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Slide, outdoor shower, hot tub, basketball (swing). In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Restaurant 17 km, pebble beach 17 km. There is a lake/open water less than 17 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Šime in Zemunik Gornji you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
