The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Top floor: 2 rooms 17 m2, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 245 cm with rooflight, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Forced-air heating. No heating option. Terrace 35 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. On the ground floor (separate, external entrance): shower/WC.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
