Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop 2.1 km, pebble beach 12 km. Please note: airfield 10 km from the property. Ground floor is closed and not occupied.

There is a lake/open water less than 12 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Dalmacija in Suhovare you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
