It is only three kilometers to the town center with shops and restaurants. Starigrad-Paklenica is located at the foot of the Velebit Mountains, where the Karst Mountains and the Adriatic Sea meet. Several gastronomic establishments with Dalmatian specialties - including fish and lamb - as well as shops are located along the coastal road in front of the spectacular backdrop of the Paklenica gorges.

The most popular walk leads from the park entrance, about 400 meters from your holiday home, through the impressive Velika Paklenica gorge in about two hours.
