The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a balcony, a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Balcony 20 m2, balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).

Single-family house "Villa Matino", 2 storeys. 400 m from the centre of Ražanac, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 440 m from the sea, 440 m from the beach. Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 32 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 210 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 13.8 km, pebble beach 440 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

There is a lake/open water less than 440 meter. You can also relax, because near Villa Matino in Ražanac you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
