Budak 15 km from Pirovac: Single-family house "Paula", 2 storeys, built in 2019. In a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the sea. Private: property 370 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 10 km, pebble beach 15 km, concrete beach 15 km. Nearby attractions: NP Krka 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vransko jezero 20 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Organizing a party is not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
