The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a terrace, an air conditioner, a balcony and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV, flat screen and air conditioning. Apartment on the ground floor with living/dining area, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms. 2 apartments on the first floor: one apartment with living-dining area, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms, the other apartment with living-dining area, open kitchen and 1 bedroom. Each apartment with external and separate entrance. When booking for a maximum of 6 people, the first floor remains closed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Villa "Natasha", 3 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Makarska, 1.2 km from the sea. Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (26 m2, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 28.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 170 m, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 1.2 km. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 99 km from the property. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Natasha in Makarska you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
