Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, basketball, terrace (70 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, table tennis, billiard table, table football, trampoline, washing machine. Available: bicycles (4), children's bicycles (2). Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 450 m, pebble beach 2.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
