Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining room with one small toilet. Large glass walls can be opened and provide exit to the outdoor pool terrace with 45 m² swimming pool with a shower. Near the pool you can enjoy sunbeds and BBQ.
Villa has 280 m2 indoor and 70 m2 terrace . The house provides a comfortable stay for 11 . House is fully equipped with a air conditioner, SAT tv and wi-fi. Spend many pleasant hours on the terrace and in the green garden with swimming pool and barbecue.
There are private parking place for 4 cars and two bikes for free.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
