Villa is located in a quiet part of the town of Imotski and is 4.5 km from the town center.
The house is stylishly decorated and is located on a completely fenced green plot, which includes a swimming pool, parking lot and children's playground, as well as an area for fun and enjoyment.
The house is entered through a spacious hall from which stairs lead to the first floor. On the ground floor there is a room, a large bathroom and an "open space" kitchen-dining room-living room from which there is direct access to a covered terrace and a large infinity pool. Next to the pool there is another covered terrace, a hot tub for 5 people and 12 deckchairs for sunbathing and a brick grill. On the ground floor there is also an entertainment room with billiards, table tennis, table football and darts.
Upstairs there are 4 rooms and three bathrooms and another large covered terrace and covered balcony.
About 100 m from the house there is a public multifunctional football and basketball court and a children's park, which are free to use. The house is 50 m from the bike path and about 5 km from the Blue and Red Lakes.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
