The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds, two single beds and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a garden, a swimming pool, a trampoline, a jacuzzi, a patio, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a fitness equipment, a table tennis table, a billiard and a bicycle and there are three terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a hairdryer, four showers, a bath and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two fridge-freezers, two washing machines and a tumble dryer.

Villa is located on a large, fully fenced, green plot, which includes a parking lot, a swimming pool, a children's multifunctional playground and an area for fun and enjoyment.
The house consists of two residential units connected by stairs.
In the first residential unit there is a large living room, kitchen and dining room with access to a covered balcony, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The dining room leads directly to the covered terrace and the large green yard. In the yard there is another large covered terrace, a brick barbecue, a swimming pool with sunbeds, a hydromassage tub for 6 people and an outdoor shower, garden furniture, a volleyball net, mini football, table football and a children's playground, and a covered brick recreation room where there is billiards, table football and an exercise machine.
The second residential unit consists of a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a glass-enclosed terrace.
About 100 m from the house there is a public multifunctional football and basketball court and a children's park, which are free to use. The house is 50 m from the bicycle path and about 5 km from the Blue and Red lakes

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
