A gorgeous detached villa located in Drašnice of the Dalmatia region in Croatia. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The villa is perfect for couples, families and friends to vacation at.
Sitting in the heart of Makarska Riviera, this villa is just south of Podgora. The beach is only 150 M away and the villa is located on the foot of Biokovo mountain.
There is a cascade garden with a private infinity pool, a covered terrace, and a view of the ocean. There is a playroom in the basement, the ground floor has dining area and open kitchen. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
Town Center of Podgora and tourist information are 3 KM away. The nearest airports are Split Airport, Zadar Airport and Dubrovnik airport.
You cannot make short reservations at this property and a maximum of 3 pets are allowed which is free of cost.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
