The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a table tennis table, a terrace, a barbecue, a balcony and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Donji Proložac 10 km from Imotski: Single-family house "Maja", 2 storeys. 2 km from the centre of Donji Proložac, in a sunny position, 30 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 2 km, pebble beach 30 km, rocky beach 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Modro jezero 5 km. Please note: airfield 100 km from the property.

There is a lake/open water less than 30 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Maja in Donji Proložac you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
