Small kitchen (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (20). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
Apartment block "Octopus". 37 km from the centre of Jelsa, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, from the sea, 10 m from the beach. For shared use: property 1'500 m2. Terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3.3 km, pebble beach, shingle beach 10 m. Please note: private mooring, on request. The owner lives in the same residence. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
