No heating option. 2 balconies 3 m2, terrace 20 m2, roofed, terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Uvala Mikavica: Single-family house "Petra", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Žirje, in a quiet, sunny position, at the seaside, on the beach. Private: property 400 m2. Barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (30 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 600 m, ferry 4 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 10 m. Walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Rain water (cistern). Ground floor is closed and not occupied. .

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
